Background[]
Vlad is the last remaining member of the Drunken Vladimir Clan from Romania. Despite his continuous drinking (the cause of the rest of the clan's death), he works quite well with the rest of the 137th Scout Regiment. He joined the Legion when he was told that he would receive free alcohol. Vlad is immune to radiation as long as he remains inebriated. When he becomes sober, the radiation effects kick in and he immediately needs to take multiple doses of Rad-X... and more Vodka.
Vlad is currently Missing In Action, and was lost in the wastelands. Hope still remains that he survived, but it's doubtful.
